- What you believe is inaccurate or out of date

- Your name and role, and whether you represent the platform
How we handle requests
We read every message and aim to respond within a reasonable time. Where a request points out a factual error or out-of-date information, we will correct it. Decisions about how platforms are described and compared are editorial, so we cannot guarantee a particular outcome, but we take every correction and removal request seriously and will tell you what we decide and why.
